Polyurethane Wire Insulating Enamel(PU)
This product is a specially designed pinhole free polyurethane enamelled wire insulation paint with thermal grade of 155. High solid content, low viscosity, excellent thread coating performance, large process margin, excellent tensile bending resistance and kneading pinhole characteristics, which can meet the more stringent requirements of saline pinhole performance. Suitable for lead-free soldering, no residue after soldering and bright surface. It is suitable for coating 0.02mm-1.20mm round wire on felt or mold of various horizontal and vertical enameling machines. The main fields are various electronic instruments, micro motors, etc.
